Be have prepared a small checklist that will help you get the most out of your new account.

1. Add Team Members: Navigate to the "Settings" page, open the "Team" tab there and add your team members. Allocate credits according to their roles and needs to ensure everyone can perform their tasks effectively.

2. Configure Your Suppression List: Upload your suppression list to avoid targeting existing customers or irrelevant contacts. This helps maintain data quality and reduces redundancy.

3. Define ICP & Persona: define your search criteria for the most relevant companies and contacts. Use filters such as industry, location, company size, job title, and other specific parameters relevant to your business needs. Create your ICPs and Persona.

4. Run Your First Search: Go to the Advanced Search and select your defined criteria. You could load your Personas and ICP if you have already created them. Save received companies and contacts to lists and launch the verification for them!

5. Start Contact Discovery: Use DealSignal’s contact discovery feature to find and verify new contacts. You could choose which type of contact data you want to get: base profile data, emails, phones, or all together.

6. Utilize Insights data: Enhance your searches with advanced insights such as buying intent, technology usage, and job postings. These insights help identify contacts working in the companies with active buying signals, making your further outreach efforts more targeted and effective.

7. Integrate with Your CRM: Connect DealSignal with your CRM system for seamless data synchronization. This integration ensures that new leads and enriched data are directly added to your CRM, streamlining your workflow.
