In DealSignal, suppression refers to the process of excluding specific contacts or companies from your final verification results.

Suppression helps to

  1. Prevent the re-verification of records that you have already used in your sales and marketing campaigns.

  2. Exclude from verification contacts for adhering to privacy laws and regulations, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM, by ensuring that individuals who have opted out are not contacted.

  3. Remove from verification competitors or other well-known contacts and companies that you don't want to process for one or another reason

How suppression works in DealSignal

In DealSignal, every user can upload Contact Suppression and Company Suppression lists.

Over time, these lists could be modified by uploading in them additional records from new CSV files or automatically, after the completion of list verifications.
