In DealSignal, verified lists are collections of contacts or companies that have undergone a thorough verification process. These lists ensure that the data is accurate, up-to-date, and enriched with relevant information. Verified lists could be categorized into three types:
Discovery Lists:
Created from the discovery process where DealSignal finds and verifies new records based on your criteria.
Data is enriched and verified to ensure it is current and reliable.
Discovery with Intent Lists:
Similar to Discovery Lists but includes intent data. This allows you to filter contacts or companies based on their intent to engage or purchase.
Provides insights into the potential interest and engagement level of the entities in the list.
Enrichment Lists:
Created when existing records from CSV files, CRM, or other lists are enriched and verified.
Ensures that your existing data is updated with the latest information, making it more reliable and useful.
Verified lists are different from Saved Lists:
Verified Lists: These lists have undergone a rigorous verification process to ensure data accuracy. They are considered "fresh" for 30 days after verification is done. Data here is collected by specific verification or enrichment criteria.
Saved Lists: These are manually created lists where data is usually outdated as they do not undergo regular verification. As users can add any records they want, records are not applied to some specific criteria and are cherry-picked by the users.

How to add records to verified lists
Records that will be added to the verified lists are defined at the moment when the verification process is launched. You cannot add more records to the verified list after the verification is done.
However, as a workaround, you could select all the records from the verified list and create a new Saved List with them.
