To search contacts and companies Dealsignal has advanced filters that will help you ideally target your customers or companies. Below you will find a comprehensive description of each of these filters


Contact filters

  1. Job Title: Specify the job titles you are targeting. Use this filter to focus on individuals with specific roles.

  2. Seniority: Filter contacts based on their level of seniority, such as C-level, VP, or Manager, etc. Ideal for targeting decision-makers or specific hierarchies.

  3. Departments: Select specific departments like marketing, sales, or HR. Use this when you need to target particular business functions.

  4. Contact Location: Filter by geographic location of the contact. Remember that the contact location is not the same as the company location. This rarely used filter is mostly applicable to find remote workers, but usually, we recommend the search by the company HQ location

  5. Contact Location Zip Code: Filter contact location not by the specific geographic name but by the zip code of the area. Works for USA and Canada only

  6. Contact Keywords: Use specific keywords related to the contact's role or expertise. Helps in finding contacts with niche skills or responsibilities.

  7. Contact Skills: Filter contacts by their skills. Ideal for identifying individuals with specific competencies.

  8. Tenure In Company: Select based on the length of time at the company. Useful for targeting experienced employees or new hires.

  9. Tenure In Position: Filter by the length of time in their current position. Helps in identifying stable contacts or those recently promoted.

Company filters

  1. Company Name: Search for specific company names. Useful for targeting known entities or competitors.

  2. Employee Size: Filter companies by the number of employees. Helps in segmenting small, medium, or large enterprises.

  3. HQ Location: Select the primary company location. Ideal for targeting specific geographic regions and markets. Please remember that bigger companies have offices across the country or even the globe

  4. HQ Location Zip Code: Filter company HQ location not by the specific geographic name but by the zip code of the area. Works for USA and Canada only

  5. Industry: Filter by industry sector. Essential for industry-specific campaigns.

  6. Type: Specify the type of company (e.g., public, private, nonprofit). Useful for distinguishing between different business structures.

  7. Company Keywords: Use specific keywords related to the company. Helps in identifying companies with specific focuses or attributes.

Insights filters

  1. Intent Topics: Identify companies showing intent in specific topics. Useful for targeting businesses with active buying signals.

  2. Company Revenue: Filter by company revenue. Helps in targeting businesses of a specific financial size. Note: less data is available for private companies

  3. Technologies ANY OF: Companies using any of the specified technologies. Useful for technology-specific campaigns.

  4. Technologies ALL OF: Companies using all specified technologies. Ideal for finding customers highly specialized in specific techs.

  5. Technology Categories: Filter by categories of technology used. Helps in segmenting markets by tech adoption.

  6. Job Postings Job Name: Filter by job titles in company postings. Useful for identifying companies currently hiring for specific roles.

  7. Job Category: Select based on job categories. Helps in finding companies with hiring needs in specific areas.

  8. Job Located At: Filter by the location of job postings. Ideal for geographic-specific job market analysis.
