By following the steps from below, you can securely update or reset your password in DealSignal, ensuring continuous access to your account.
Change password
Ensure that you are logged into the application.
Go to the "Settings" page, and select the "My Account" tab there.
In the Password section, click on the "Update Password" button.
In the opened popup, enter your current password, new password, and confirm the new password
Click on the Save Changes button to save the new password
Reset the password with the "Forget password" option
This option will be handy when for some reason you have forgotten your password. You will receive a temporary password to your email that you have to update after logging in.
On the login page, click on the Forgot Password button.
Enter the email address associated with your account and click on the "Reset Password" button.
Check your email for the temporary password.
Login with a temporary password and immediately update it to a secure password of your choice.
