If you want to remove access to some of the users on your team, you could simply deactivate them. Historically in DealSignal, users are not completely removed but deactivated. So these users could be reactivated later.
Steps to deactivate a user
Go to the Settings page from the main menu.
Navigate to the Team tab.
Click on the Three Dots button near the required user
From the opened dropdown menu, choose Deactivate user.
Confirm the action in the opened confirmation dialog by clicking on the Deactivate button
Important to note again, that deactivated users remain in the system, which means they can be reactivated at any time with the same process, ensuring that you maintain control over who has access to your DealSignal account.
