In DealSignal, a credit is a unit of value that users spend on the verification and enrichment of contacts and companies. The number of credits a company receives is based on their purchased subscription.
How credits are spent
Each operation, such as verifying a contact or enriching a company profile, requires a specific number of credits. Depending on which data points you need to refresh the number of credits that are spent will vary.
For example:
If you want to refresh Single Contact, the base profile verification will cost you 0.25 credit. But if you also want to discover and verify the corporate email for this contact, then it will cost 0.75 more credits and the total amount of credits that will be spent is 1.00 credits.

How credits are allocated between users
By default, we assign all the credits that should be given by subscription to the account owner.
Account owners could add more team members, and allocate credits to them.
How to add more credits
To purchase additional credits, contact your DealSignal account manager. They will guide you through the process of acquiring more credit packs to suit your needs.
