In some cases, you may want to sync only particular contacts or companies into your CRM, not the whole list. This could be done easily from the Saved or Verified list details page.
Sync separate contacts or companies to CRM
Ensure that you have already connected CRM and established the CRM mapping.
Open any Saved or Verified list where your required contact or company is added.
Note: If the contact or companies it not yet on the list, then you need to create a new Saved list, add the required record there, and then open the list.In the list, select the required contact or company with a checkbox and click on the Sync Selected To CRM button.
Configure Sync Settings: In the 'Sync List To CRM' dialog:
Select the CRM to sync to.
Choose the CRM list to sync.
Configure synchronization settings, such as data type, field mapping, and sync options.
Initiate Sync: Click Sync To CRM. A confirmation dialog will appear indicating the sync has been queued. It will require some time to fully sync the record, and come back later to check its status.
Check sync status
You could check the status of sync in several possible ways:
Sync Status Column: In the list details, the CRM Sync Status column shows the status of sync for each record. It could be successfully synced, in process, or failed.
Sync Logs: for detailed sync information, go to Settings -> Integrations -> Connected CRM -> Sync Logs tab. Here, you can see each sync job's details, status, and errors if any occurred.
